Parent & Child Dedication

The purpose of a parent-child dedication service is to publicly affirm the role of the parents in the spiritual nurture of the baby being presented. During this service, the parents commit to raising their children according to scriptural mandates that place the responsibility for the spiritual with the parents. The parents promise to impact Christian faith and principles and to live as examples of that faith.
