Summer Songs: Pilgrim Songs for Following Jesus

Summer Songs is an 8-week journey through selected Songs of Ascents (Psalms 120–134), a collection of pilgrim songs sung by God’s people as they traveled toward Jerusalem to worship.

These Psalms trace the journey of discipleship... from distress and dependence to worship, restoration, perseverance, and unity. Along the way, they teach us what it means to follow God in the real rhythms of everyday life.

In a hurried, distracted, and shallow world, the Songs of Ascents remind us that following Jesus is not a sprint, but a lifelong journey of faithful obedience.
