Children's Ministry at The Glade Church - leading children to treasure Christ and courageously make Him known

We partner with families & volunteer leaders to:

We serve families with children in Kindergarten through 5th grade. Our team of staff and volunteers provide a fun, safe environment for your child to make friends and learn about God.

FIRST TIME GUESTS

We are so excited to have you join us, and we want the process to be as easy as possible. When you arrive at our church, park in the guest spaces in the big parking lot and enter under the covered drive-thru with glass doors. There will be greeters there to welcome you in the foyer at the "New Here" desk. We'll escort you to the kids check-in station.

SUNDAY MORNINGS

We host Children's Programming at both the 9am and 10:30 services.

In every session, our leaders call names and build relationships with kids. We open the Bible and read from God's Word because nothing shapes our hearts and minds like the truth of scripture. Each session includes a time of prayer -- sometimes all together, sometimes kid-led, sometimes modeled by a teacher. Mission Focus For May

VBS Prayer Team

Join us in prayer for our VBS this June, Breaker Rock Beach. Kids will dive in and discover God's rock solid truth in a world of shifting sands! They will be challenged as they discover that God’s truth never changes and everyone needs Jesus.

Please consider signing up to be part of the VBS Prayer Team. Each day in the month of May, you will receive an emailed prayer prompt that will help guide your prayers. Then, during the week of VBS (June 3-6) you will receive specific prayer requests that arise during the week.

QUESTIONS FROM KIDS

We are here to support you when answering your child's questions about Jesus, salvation, baptism, and sin. Here are tools we use in Glade Kids ministry when talking about salvation, picking a Bible, or talking about Baptism.

EXPLORING CHRISTIANITY

A class for 3rd-5th graders who are new Christians or are beginning to ask more questions about faith. This class will open again in Fall 2024. Check back for more updates!
